pressure washer keeps cutting off image
Keith
I just bought a used Sears Craftsman 6.5 pressure washer and after 45 minutes of use it is losing power and acting like is wants to turn off. If I stop using the wand during this it stays on but when I continue it does the same thing?

Me too but a different brand. I blame it on the water supply (country) not keeping up with the pump in the sprayer. Also debris clogging the tip of the nozzle since the hose I connect it to has no filter or screen. Good luck. Its aggravating when you want to get a job done!

How to bypass or fix maytag atlantis washing machine fill button?
Michal
ok, so i have a maytag atlantis washing machine. i left it with a friend for 2 weeks, and they left it outside under a black garbage bag in 115 degree weather. once i got it back, the washer only fills to half full, like the whole level switch doesn't work, and is orange, and the timer for setting the wash time is warped and orange. I have 4 kids, so I need more than just a medium load at most times. how can i bypass or fix this.
Answer
The orange color is probably rust from moisture being trapped under plastic. I'm assuming its a top loader? The fill switch works off of air pressure. It has a rubber or plastic hose connected to the bottom of the tub and it runs up to the switch which is located in upper control panel. Where timmer knob is etc... is it adjusted water levels? With knob? Take the cover off of the back of panel and u should see it. It is. 2½-3 inches diameter and round. With rubber hose coming out. There isn't any way to bypass it because when it gets full the pressure cuts it off. It either wont fill at all or wont stop.
If its adjustable then turn the knob back n forth u will see it push the plunger in and out with each setting. The further out the plunger goes the Fuller it gets. Maybe its rust there and not coming all way out? If so spray little wd40 on it?
If its not knob adjustable it has a flat head screw in end of it to adjust it. To make water level go up turn it to the left. But never turn it more than half turn! It may damage rubber diaphragm inside.
That's really best way I can explain it all to ya typing it all out on my phone. Oh ya unplug it first it is 110v there. U can fill it then turn timmer and pump it out without washing, to keep adjusting level. Good luck.
