Answer
Pest control
Diatomite is also used as an insecticide, due to its physico-sorptive properties. The fine powder absorbs lipids from the waxy outer layer of insects' exoskeletons, causing them to dehydrate. Arthropods die as a result of the water pressure deficiency, based on Fick's law of diffusion

There are more frequent reports of success in controlling bedbugs by the use of diatomaceous earth as an environment friendly barrier to which the bedbugs cannot develop a resistance. The diatomaceous earth abrades the waxy cuticle that covers an insect's exosekeleton, causing them to die of dehydration[citation needed]. Bedbugs exposed to diatomaceous earth typically die within two days of contact.

The first bit is from diatomaceous earth, and the second is from Bed Bug both from wikipedia.
It's night here so I'm going to assume just for some where to start it is the same where you are. First strip all linens and bed clothes, and wash and dry, the wash will kill all bugs and drying will kill all eggs, mix some dish soap in a squirt bottle with vegetable oil and fill with water and shake, I'm assuming you can't get to a garden store like Lowe's and even they may not have it in stock yet. I'ts usually used in gardens for insects, but you can read the Bed Bug source below and vacuum the bed then spray the bed with a fine mist, it will kill in any bugs until it drys so get it as damp as you can stand it, because the solution only is a contact spray, when you get to a garden store and get some diatomaceous earth, then you can really get something accomplished, mix the diatomaceous earth in with the spray mix and spray everything pillow and all, keep repeating the processes, but diatomaceous earth needs to be left even where you sleep, It is so safe they feed it to lifestock for their well being, and has been used in Humans as a dewormer, all forulations sold in the USA have the level of silica so low as not to be of any danger to human health. Keep a bit of humor to keep you brave with diatomaceous earth you have diatomaceous earth which like the energizer bunny just keeps on killing. If you could eventually get some of the encasements for your mattress and pillows which are air tight they eventually build the level of co2 to levels that will kill even the eggs. Although I mostly would just persist with the diatomaceous earth, and cleaning with the washer and dryer. Good Luck it's hard for professionals, BedBugs were thought to have been eradicated, with DDT, now they just ignore the stuff and almost any another poisons.
