I have a 40 HP 125 cfm 125 psi compressor. I need a pressure washer for some roofing. Is there a pressure washer that takes air to push the water compressor?

I have not seen a ready made air powered pressure washer. You could adapt an air motor to drive the water pump. Check that! I looked at a few air motors. For the cost, horsepower and air requirements, you would be better off to either buy or rent a gas powered pressure washer.

I have a husky powerwasher. I need to fill up a boating tube. Is there anyway to turn the husky powerwasher into an air compressor

Well let me think, should only take a pressure tank of at least 2 1/2 gallons of air, an air compressor, a pressure relief valve, a regulator, various tubes and fittings, sure it is do able. But why not just go and buy one, it will be a lot cheaper. Except for maybe the motor and the frame and wheels, pretty much everything else will have to be replaced.
