The machine I need It is a hot pressure washer but I am not sure If I have to go direct to the bank or with a loan company. If you know of any loan company dedicated on this kind of loans could be great if you provide me with the information.
Thanks!

Attention.
Any dumb answer has to be reported.

Answer
You can do the followings to finance the purchase.

1. Apply for small business aid.
2. By means of hire and purchase.
3. Payment by installments with cash or credit card.
4. Pledge the machine to a finance company and pay by installment.

Never buy off the machine with credit card, the interest is too high.

How can I remove a Photo Emulsion from a silk screen?

I reccently got a used screen. after scrubbing it with emulsion remover and using a pressure washer I was oly able to remove small areas of the emulsion. is there any other sort of chemical I could use to remove dried up inkk/ screen filler?

Answer
It might be that the Emulsion remover was not formulated for the type of emulsion used, in this case see if you can identify the emulsion and buy the correct remover. If a screen has been left a long time it does become difficult if not impossible to remove the dried emulsion, i have known people to use bleach or acetone to shift stubborn areas. However both of these liquids could destroy the screen material itself so use with caution and test first.
We cleaned one screen by soaking the emulsion side in bleach for 5 minutes, scrubbing then leaving for another 5 Min's all the while being careful the bleach didn't come into direct contact with unexposed material - but this is at your own risk as it could destroy the screen entirely. That said if nothing else is working maybe you have nothing to lose by trying these, certainly acetone will remove most adherence's known to man!
failing this you have the frame and there are some cheap alternatives to using the expensive silkscreen fabrics and meshes (link below), you could even try experimenting with other fabrics - i have seen some done through a stretched pair of tights before that give a fuzzy, coarse effect.
:-)
