Answer
If you don't have a pressure washer handy, (I'll assume you don't) start with a good de-greaser like Castrol Super Clean. (You can buy it at Wal Mart) Mix it about 50/50 with water in a spray bottle. Spray the area you want to clean until you get it damp. Let it set for a couple of minutes for the butyl chemicals to start working. Use a bucket of warm water and a brush or push broom to agitate it (scrub) then rinse it thoroughly with cold water (garden hose) You can use the de-greaser full strength for tough spots, but you have to rinse it a looooong time if you do. If not, the caustic butyls will eat the surface of you sidewalk.
For this same reason, stay away from muriatic acid... commonly sold as a concrete cleaner. It's designed to be used with high pressure steam cleaning. You simply cannot pull enough of it out with a hose, and your concrete will start to chip and flake.

How I can get car oil out of the garage floor?

Answer
If it's a spill -- first cover it with kitty litter or an oil absorbing polymer. Let the litter or polymer sit for a few hours or over night then sweep it up. Then to help get the discoloration out you can either use a pressure washer or Dawn dish detergent, water and a push broom to scrub out the stain.
