This has a lot of good reviews. Does anybody think this could work for my needs?
If not anybody recommend a power washer for under $300?
Prefer Electric but could do gas if there was a good deal

The specs show 1,700PSI and comes with 5 spray tips. You start with a lower PSI (say 500) with a medium tip and see how it cleans the small patio. If it is satisfactory , no more experimentation. The wider the tip, the more PSI you can use.
For vinyl walls, use the widest tip and start with a small PSI. The wide tip cleans more area. Start at 500 PSI and increase if necessary.
