Sears, Lowes, and Tractor Supply are all good places to buy Pressure Washers.
Be careful of the Coleman PW's in Lowes. They are made in China and are basically junk.
2000-2500 PSI should be enough to handle almost any job.
Lowes does carry Honda powered PW's, but the Briggs and Stratton powered PW's are much cheapier with almost un-noticable quality differences.

2500 psi * 2.2 gpm / 1714 = 3.2 Hp assuming a 100% efficient pump
A 5.5 Hp motor should be ample
